Gov't to prepare concept on managing lands and real estate

The government intends to prepare a concept on managing lands and realestate, Dmitry Aratsky, Deputy Property Minister, declared after a meetingof the Cabinet of Ministers today. According to him, within the frameworkof this document all main problems bound with managing lands and realestate should be resolved. Moreover, the concept should envisagetransferring some authority of the state to individuals. "The state shouldnot provide services that can be provided by private structures", theDeputy Minister stressed.Speaking about the date of the concept's elaboration, Aratsky noted that"we do not have much time, and the period should be very strict". Moreover,the official pointed out that four bills and about 15 drafts of theresolutions concerning property questions were being prepared to besubmitted to the government..
