Russia is willing to reduce threefold or even more its strategic offensive arsenals to bring them to the least necessary for global strategic balance, said President Vladimir Putin as he met at the Russian Embassy with US Administration officers, Congressmen and top spokesmen of political and business circles, Thursday night. Today, the world is still far from international relations based on confidence alone. That is why it is so important now to proceed from acting treaties and understandings on disarmament and arms control, added the President.
