President Putin congratulates British Queen Elizabeth II

In his letter of congratulation sent to British Queen Elizabeth II on the occasion of her birthday, a national holiday in that country, President of Russia Vladimir Putin has expressed the hope for the strengthening of the Russian-British relations.
