Combining the posts of vice-premier and the minister of industry, science and technologies is due to the need to concentrate efforts on restructuring individual sectors of industry and consolidate the management of the military-industrial complex. Russian prime minister Mikhail Kasyanov said this upon arrival in Krasnodar (center of Krasnodar Territory in southern Russia) on Wednesday.
