The Russian State Council intends to consider issues of the use of mineral resources, science and development of high-technologies, the problems of Polar districts and to discuss the world developments and Russia's foreign policy issues after the September 11th events, Alexander Abramov, deputy chief of the Russian presidential administration, told RIA Novosti. According to him, it is envisaged to put on the State Council agenda issues of national healthcare and trade in agricultural lands. According to RIA Novosti's informed sources in the Kremlin, after a corresponding session of the State Council the issue of trade in agricultural lands is likely to be signed into a law.
