Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated the State Duma deputies on the end of the fall parliamentary session. Presidential authorized representative in the State Duma Alexander Kotenkov read out the president's statement at the last plenary meeting of the fall session on Thursday. During the fall session, the deputies adopted several very important laws in the sphere of the state structure, political, economical and social spheres, such as the 2002 Federal Budget, the Land, Criminal and Labour Codes and laws on the implementation of judicial and pension reforms, the statement stresses.
