Deutsche Telekom offers new prices for iPhone

Though being released in Germany in November 2007, iPhone seems too early to lose its attraction. Deutsche Telekom announced its plans to lower the price from 399 euros to just 99 euros for two months.

It still remains a question, whether it happens due to the rumors that a new version of iPhone, capable of operating on faster 3G cellular networks, is expected to be introduced in 2008.

The offer is valid from April 7 to June 30 and can be applied only to 8GB models.

But as usual there is a fly in the ointment. The offer involves a monthly calling contract, worth of at least 89 euros per month. Another contract - a new "starter" iPhone contract – will eat 29 euros per month but the phone price increases up to 249 euros.
