Sleeping naked is more natural for human beings. It rejuvenates, makes a person feel better and reduces the stress hormone - cortisol - which controls the feeling of hunger. In other words, sleeping without clothes is a helper in losing weight.
In addition, sleeping naked improves the quality of night rest by maintaining an optimum body temperature. It was also observed that when both partners prefer to go to bed with no clothes on, this fact improves their sex lives.
