Scientists shocked: tea and coffee are dangerous

Group of researcher headed by Professor Peter Rogers from Bristol University discovered that tea or coffee breaks can result in bad consequences. These consequences are especially dangerous for men, women react to them in a different way. Men working on their own can experience stress after coffee-breaks because they think that caffeine will make them work more intensive, that is faster. Men working in a team have less stress after coffee-breaks, but work with reduced efficiency. As for women, coffee just helps them to relieve the stress. According to scientists, the effect of many substances (including caffeine) depends on a person’s expectations. Despite the negative consequences of coffee-breaks, employees are likely not to change their habits.
