Court Hearings In Bykov's Case Postponed

The defence of well-known Krasnoyarsk businessman Anatoly Bykov submitted its appeal about changing the punishment of its client to a Moscow local court today. After that, the court announced that the next hearings in the case of the former Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Krasnoyarsk aluminum plant (KrAZ) would be held on January 23, RTR television broadcasts. As of now, Bykov is under arrest in the Lefortovo pretrial incarceration jail in Moscow. It is worth mentioning that Bykov was arrested in the fall of 2000. He was accused of illegal bearing arms and arranging a murder of Krasnoyarsk businessman Vilor Struganov.
