Police officers were patrolling the streets of the city of Tyumen in a patrol car. Suddenly they saw a horrendous scene unfolding right before their very eyes. A 15-year-old girl was fiercely kicking at a man that looked twice her age.
The police interfered and restrained the girl but it was too late. The man had already sustained injuries deemed incompatible with life. According to the police, the girl knocked the man off his feet and then kicked at his body for several minutes. She also jumped on his chest for a few times.
Having realized the horrible situation she got herself in, she telephoned the police. She later told the investigators that the victim had robbed her of 500 rubles (around $15). The girl is now in custody. The case of inflicting grievous body harm resulting in death is being investigated by the police.
