The women, who smoke, eat unhealthy food and attend sun parlours, should seriously think about their health.
Experts of Unilever research center in Bedford, the UK, studied the habits and lifestyles of 585 women from China, Spain and England, aged between 30 and 75.
The researchers wanted to know whether they attended sun parlours, how often they brushed their teeth, how many cigarettes they smoked a day and what they preferred to eat. The results of the study showed that the women who regularly attended sun parlours, smoked, drink alcohol and eat unhealthy food, looked ten years older their age.
