The popularisation of the state symbols has been gaining momentum in Russia. As aide to the president of Russia Sergei Yastrzhembsky said, the exhibition Russia's State Symbols will open in Moscow on Monday, June 10th.
Having recalled that the Russian state symbols have been approved, the president's aide stated that a majority of the Russian population likes the chosen flag, coat-of-arms and anthem of the Russian Federation.
Yastrzhembsky stressed that it would be the first specialised exhibition organised within the bounds of the carrying out of a complex of measures to popularise the state symbols, approved by the president of Russia.
The show will consist of two expositions - the present-day and the historical one. The first will include, in particular, the standard samples of the flag and of the coat-of-arms, as well as the genuine score of the state anthem.
The emperor's standard and a collection of State stamps will be for the first ever time put on display in the historical part of the exhibition. Furthermore, the visitors will see four unique thrones, the objects of the Order services and the Order of St. Andrew the First-Called - the highest award of the Russian Empire which only a few dozens of persons have been decorated with in the history of the country.
