Russia's Medvedev congratulates women on March 8th on Twitter

 

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev congratulated all women on International Women's Day on his Twitter on March 8th.

"Happy March 8th to all our beloved women. Happy spring holiday!" the prime minister tweeted, having attached a photo of tulips to his message.

The message appeared at about three o'clock a.m. MSK, so the prime minister was one of the first men, who congratulated women on the beautiful holiday.
