Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov believes that the "unique operation" to raise the wrecked Kursk nuclear powered submarine will be performed in full volume and in the set time. Kasyanov said that, having no special knowledge of the methods used but relying on arriving reports, he is sure that the most complicated stage of lifting the Kursk is past. So far, everything is OK and "I hope that nothing will happen", said the premier.
