75th Body Of Kursk Crew Identified

Another two bodies of crew members of the nuclear-powered submarine Kursk were identified on Wednesday and Thursday, the military prosecutor of the Northern Fleet, Vladimir Mulov, reported. So far, 75 bodies have been identified out of the 79 ones found on board the nuclear-powered submarine in the course of the works in the docks of Roslyakovo, near Murmansk on the Barents Sea coast. According to Vladimir Mulov, investigation teams are continuing to work in the third compartment of the submarine. However, on Thursday the work tempo was lower as it was necessary to tear off the dock flooring which hampers the advance deep into the submarine. The nuclear-powered submarine Kursk sank in the Barents Sea on August 12, 2000.
