Tennis Player Yevgeny Kafelnikov Donates His Kremlin Cup Award To Families Of Tu-154 Crash Victims

Russia's renowned tennis player Yevgeny Kafelnikov has donated the money he received for winning the Kremlin Cup tournament to the Fund of Aid to families of victims to the recent Tu-154 plane crash. On Wednesday, the centre rendering assistance to people who lost their near and dear in the crash received a telegram from Kafelnikov, saying that he had donated his Kremlin Cup award - $119,842 - to the Aid Fund for the families of the Tu-154 passengers and crew. Russia's Tu-154 airliner crashed into the Black Sea on October 4, killing all 78 people on board.
