A court ordered a male resident of the Moscow resident to pay the compensation of 3,000 rubles ($100) to his ex-wife for sending obscene and insulting text messages to her.
The woman addresses to the Office of the Public Prosecutor of the Moscow region with a complaint against her former husband. The man, she said, had been sending obscene text messages to her cell phone.
"It was established as a result of investigation that it was the ex-husband who had been sending obscene text messages to the cell phone of his ex-wife," an official said.
