Attorneys of Kursk crew relatives to study classified documents

Attorneys of the Kursk crew relatives will be able to study all documentsin the criminal case filed on the Kursk tragedy, including classifiedfiles. A source in the main military prosecutor's office reported to RBCthat attorneys had been granted access to classified documents incompliance with the decision of the Russian Constitution Court. Theyundertook not to disclose information rated as military or state secrets.As of now, attorneys have already studied more than a half of thecorresponding documents.There are 161 relatives of Kursk submariners who are victims in the caseand they received notifications that the Kursk criminal case had beenclosed as there was no corpus delicti.
