Actress Tara Reid and German Billionaire Michael Axtmann Get Engaged

Playboy model and actress Tara Reid has gotten engaged! The "American Pie" star was surprised when her boyfriend Michael Axtmann proposed to her while they were dining out in Los Angeles, People reports.

The 34-year-old blonde beauty and her Internet entrepreneur beau were having dinner at The Little Door restaurant in Los Angeles on Monday night, Jan. 18, when Axtmann asked for her hand in marriage.

Citing a rep for the star, the celebrity magazine reports that Axtmann, a billionaire and Internet entrepreneur from Germany, proposed to his sweetheart with an enormous diamond ring, TheMoneyTimes reports.

The 34-year-old starlet and notorious party girl began dating Axtman last year. They are planning a small wedding for this summer.

Reid - who stars in the upcoming comedy 'Last Call' has been engaged before, to NBC late-late-late night host Carson Daly. They broke things off in June, 2001. She has also dated hockey great Sergei Fedorov, PopEater informs.
