Moscow Denies Participation of Foreign Diplomats in Negotiations with Terrorists

Moscow interior armed forces have refuted the claims of some mass media sources that foreign diplomats have been negotiating with the terrorists in the Moscow hostage crisis. This announcement was made by Deputy Head of the Moscow Information and Communications Department Kirill Mazurin, reports a Rosbalt correspondent.

'I officially refute the claim of some television channels that foreign diplomats have met with the terrorists,' said Mr Mazurin. According to Mr Mazurin the terrorists did in fact demand such a meeting with foreign diplomats but this demand was refused.
