Young Political, Economic Leaders of Russia, Germany to Meet at Forum in St. Petersburg

Tomorrow, June 28, The Chances and Risks of Open Society forum of young leaders will begin in St. Petersburg. The forum is organised by the Konrad Adenauer and Herbert Quandt Foundations.

The organizers believe the primary objective of the event to be establishing good personal contacts between the members of the business and political elites of the two countries. According to Dr. Kai M. Schellhorn, a member of the Board of Directors of Herbert Quandt Stiftung, 'Good personal contacts between the members of these elites may help bringing our countries closer.'

The forum will continue through June 29.
