The Festival Expo company informs that the organizers of the action are going to set a new world record, as the new bar counter will make up 140 meters, which is longer than the previous Guinness Record Book record registered of 123.7 meters in 1998.

Organizers of the action say that it will take about six hours to build the counter. After that, an official Guinness representative will measure the counter's length and register the record.
Over 60 barmen from St. Petersburg's restaurants, cafes, and clubs will be work behind the bar for two hours. Each of them is expected to mix up to 100 different cocktails: classical, original, strong, and soft. The number of guests to visit the Shuvalov Palace is expected to exceed 6,000 people.
