Panic in the post office of Turgenevo settlement (Mordovia) has been caused be some yellow powder which spilled out from a letter while being sorted. At once, Anthrax operation was declared in the post office: epidemiologists were called who, after having taken all the precautions, hermetically packed the envelope and sent it to a lab in the city of Saransk.
