One of our officer's wives was pressing her husband's trousers one day, when she incidentally found a condom in a back pocket of the trousers. The woman immediately attacked her husband and started accusing him of adultery - the officer was not using condoms with her. The officer turned out to be a very inventive person. Without a blink of an eye the man told his wife that it was a new army regulation, when every military man received a free condom with the new uniform. Needless to say that the woman refused to believe such an explanation.
The anxious woman decided to call the officer's unit, in which he was serving. Another officer on duty, named only as Smirnov, answered the call (Smirnov was a friend of the unlucky officer).
"Smirnov, tell me - is it true that officers receive free condoms with uniforms? "Who told you such a thing?" the officer on duty answered laughing. "Well, I found a condom in my husband's trousers, and he told me that it was something like a perk."
Smirnov did not get lost in the tricky situation. He told the woman to hold the line – he needed some time to check the book of orders. The officer started turning over the pages of a newspaper that he had on his desk to create an impression of a profound paper search.
"Tell your husband to read and sign the journal carefully. This rule was canceled two weeks ago," the officer told the woman. The quick wit of an army officer saved his friend's family life - the woman was convinced and satisfied.
The Russian Defence Ministry acknowledged that the Americans treat Russian military men in Syria with respect. The Americans always warn Russia accordingly, but not Israel
After the incident with the shootdown of the Ilyushin Il-20 reconnaissance aircraft over the Mediterranean Sea, Russia will supply an S-300 anti-aircraft missile system to Syria
Indeed, how dare they run US-independent policy? They should have followed the example of the European Union that turned independent states of the Old World into US-ditto entities
