Woman Found Grenade Launcher in Street

An unemployed woman of the Russian city of Komsomolsk-On-Amur brought a grenade launcher to a local police station. The woman said that she found it on a street. However, the police decided to investigate her affirmation.

A spokesman for the police department said that if the woman’s assertion proved to be right, then she would get a good sum of money. The special operation “Arms” has been going on in the city for nine months already. People were encouraged with money checks for brining the weapons that they kept at their homes. A hundred and twenty guns, 27 thousand cartridges, 212 shells and mines, 206 explosive devices have been handed over since that time.
