Japanese weather prepared an unpleasant surprise for the national football teams of Russia and Tunisia which are playing on Wednesday in a World Cup match in the city of Kobe in the south of Japan. The hard lot of playing on this season's first day of genuine Japanese heat befell them.
In day-time on Wednesday the Meteorological Board of Japan announced that high-temperature weather with high atmospheric pressure hit the country on June 5th for the first time this season.
According to the weather forecasters, the air temperature in Tokyo has surpassed the mark of 30 degrees Celsius.
The Board has given the list of the country's largest cities in which summer heat has come. It includes Kobe, Osaka and Kyoto, the ancient capital of Japan.
