In October, St. Petersburg will take part in the international ExpoReal and Barcelona Meeting Point exhibitions for the first time. According to the city's construction committee, St. Petersburg will present the following projects at its stand: the St. Petersburg Ring Road, the lower road, the multi-functional living complex Novaya Okhta, the restoration of the Belvedere Palace in Peterhof, the Repino hotel and sanitarium complex, the Mercury retail centre in Kolpino, the ferry transport complex on the island of Kotlin, the retail centre by Electrosila underground station, a hotel and business centre, and a multi-functional complex on Bychy and Bezymyany Islands.

The city's legal consultants will be the international law firm Salans Hertzfeld and Heilbronn, and KPMG, which is a partner of the city administration, will act as economic consultants.

The Barcelona Meeting Point exhibition is held annually and is Europe's largest real estate forum. This year it will be held between October 8 and 14 in Barcelona. The exhibition traditionally includes large-scale investors, well-known financial experts and bankers from around the world.

The annual ExpoReal fair is taking place for the fifth time. It will be held in Munich from October 28 to 30. Last year 889 exhibitors from 20 countries took part. Since 1999 the Moscow City Government has been Russia's only representative at ExpoReal.
