Croatia international Bosko Balaban has returned to Dinamo Zagreb on a three-year contract, leaving Belgium's FC Brugge.

The Croatian club announced the transfer on its Web site Thursday, but did not disclose financial details.

The 28-year-old striker transferred to Brugge in 2003 from Aston Villa. He played for Dinamo in 2000-2001 and again on loan from Aston Villa in 2003.

Balaban has scored 10 goals in 33 matches for Croatia.
