The State Duma (Lower House of Parliament) has taken a decision to hold a closed plenary meeting and to invite to it Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov and representatives of law-enforcement ministries. The parliamentarians intend to hear from them what is being done to counteract terrorism. The date of the closed plenary meeting will be fixed by the Council of the Duma which will meet on November 13.
