After his trip to Pakistan CIA Chief George Tenet arrived in Kabul on Sunday. He met Dr. Abdullah, the Foreign Minister of the Islamic State of Afghanistan, and General Muhammad Fahim, the Defence Minister. The results of the talks in Pakistan and Afghanistan and Tenet's visit itself are being kept in strict confidence, Frontier Post said. According to Frontier Post data, the talks in Kabul focused on the search for weapons of mass destruction /chemical, bacteriological and nuclear/ the Taliban are likely to possess. The USA suspects that there can be some bases and depots of lethally dangerous materials in Afghan territory liberated by the Northern Alliance. The CIA Chief's talks in Kabul focused on this problem, the Frontier Post said.
