Presidential candidate Ivan Rybkin is in Kiev for the second time in less than a month, according to the opposition block Our Ukraine. The goal of his visit is for the time being unknown. Rybkin refused to speak with journalists. At the same time, the Ukrainian security service and the prosecutor general are investigating a statement by Rybkin that he was abducted, drugged and illegally detained in Ukraine from February 5 through 10.
