Afghan Transitional Government To Start Its Work In Kabul On December 22

The Afghan transitional government headed by Hamid Karzai is to start its work in Kabul on December 22 already. The UN conference in Bonn on Afghan settlement has taken this decision. According to Ahmad Fawzi, the spokesman for the UN Special Representative for Afghanistan, the ceremony of the signing of the Framework agreement on the Afghan settlement will take place on Wednesday at 11.20 Moscow time. The work on the agreement has lasted for 8 days in the residence of Petersberg near Bonn.
