On Tuesday, India's Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee got a doctoral diploma of Moscow's Lomonosov State University. Vajpayee is currently on an official visit to Moscow. According to the Indian premier, over the past years cooperation between the two countries in science, technology and other spheres has deepened. Cooperation is permanently expanding and new areas are emerging, such as a joint biotechnology center, which will open in India this year, said Vajpayee.
