French police arrest three members of ETA terrorist group

Three suspected members of the armed Basque separatist group ETA were arrested Thursday in southwest France, news reports said.

The three - two men and a woman - were arrested in an apartment in the town of Bagneres de Bigorre, Cadena Ser radio and other media said.

The raid came two days after ETA called off a 15-month-old ceasefire, blaming the Spanish government for ruining a once-promising peace process.
