The U.S.A. plans to increase aid rendered to Kirghizia every passing year. This was disclosed on Wednesday in Bishkek by aide to the US Deputy Secretary of State Lynn Pasco after his meeting with President of Kirghizia Askar Akayev. Pasco has arrived in Bishkek last night to discuss with the leadership of Kirghizia the issues of bilateral relations and the situation in the region in connection with the US military operation in Afghanistan. In Pasco's words, over the past ten years the USA has rendered Kirghizia certain aid to enable the Republic to develop and survive. Lynn Pasco said that the US was grateful to the government of Kirghizia for the latter's help at different stages of struggle against terrorism. On Wednesday the aide to the US Deputy Secretary of State also met in Bishkek with Foreign Minister of the country Muratbek Imanaliyev and Defence Minister Esen Topoyev. Tonight Lynn Pasco is leaving for Tashkent by plane.
