European Union Hails Vojislav Kostunica's Appeal To Kosovo Serbs To Take Part In Elections On November 17

The European Union hailed the appeal of Yugoslav President Vojislav Kostunica to Kosovo Serbs to take part in elections in Kosovo slated for November 17. A EU special statement says that the European Union always stressed the importance of participation in the province's elections of representatives of all ethnic communities.
