Multi-lateral negotiations on forming the new Afghan government will be launched in the near future under the UN aegis, Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov said. The talks will be held as a part of the forthcoming session of the UN General Assembly. The Russian Foreign Minister also reported that this issue was included by the Russian side into the agenda of bilateral negotiations with Iran, India, China and the United States. Igor Ivanov also denied the allegations that Afghan President Burhanuddin Rabbani would visit Russia.
