Turkish President Ahmed Necdet Sezer and President Burhanuddin Rabbani of the Islamic State of Afghanistan will meet on Thursday behind closed doors in a well guarded building in Dushanbe. This has become known from the diplomatic sources in Dushanbe. This meeting will also be attended by special envoy of the UN Secretary General for Afghanistan Francesk Vendrell and Afghan Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullah. The content of the coming conversation is kept in secret. However, it is not excluded that they will talk about the future political order in Afghanistan.
