USA: Bridegroom forgets honeymoon - 10 June, 2002 - News

A bridegroom in the USA had a sudden attack of amnesia, as he was about to embark on his honeymoon to Italy and disappeared for three days. Found wandering around near the airport, he did not recognise his wife of five days nor did he remember his wedding.

The loss of memory appears to have been caused by a blow to the head of 30-year-old Sean McNulty, whose wife is trying to get him to remember his own name, her name and the names of his parents-in-law
