Spanish King Juan Carlos has ordered to send a Spanish Air Force plane for the Spanish businessmen who were liberated in Georgia on Saturday after more than a year as hostages, a RIA Novosti correspondent reports. The plane left the military air base Getafe near Madrid on Sunday evening. It will land in Turkey where the businessmen and their relatives will arrive on Monday morning. Since Saturday the businessmen have been accompanied by a Spanish policeman and two Spanish diplomats from Moscow. After that the plane will leave for Madrid. Earlier, the Spanish Foreign Ministry declared that the liberated businessmen would return in Madrid on Tuesday, when the soonest regular flight to Tbilisi will be made. However, the wives and brothers of Rodriguez and Treminio who had arrived in Tbilisi said they would not feel secure about their relatives until they returned homeland. In October the businessmen's wives accused the Spanish Foreign Ministry of "inactivity, carelessness, irresponsibility and inefficiency," after which the official Madrid started to take more active measures to liberate the kidnapped Spaniards. On Saturday the Spanish King called the businessmen over a cellular phone to congratulate them on the liberation. His example was followed by the ministers of foreign affairs and of the interior.
