Canada to support Russia's ascension to WTO

Canada will continue supporting Russia in the process of its joining to theWorld Trade Organization, Lyle Van Clief, Canadian Minister of Agriculture,declared at a press conference after his meeting with Russian Deputy PrimeMinister, Minister of Agriculture Alexey Gordeyev. At the same time hepointed out that Russia needed to observe all requirement in order not tocause damage to trade relations. It would be efficient to establish closerrelations between entrepreneurs and businessmen of the two countries, theCanadian Minister added.
