Russia Discusses Prospects For Establishing Normal Life On Afghani Territories Under Control Of Northern Alliance

Journalists were told on Thursday by Sergei Shoigu, head of the Russian Emergencies Ministry, that the ministry and its colleagues from the UN have already discussed the prospects for an organization to establish normal life in the areas of Afghanistan under the control of the Northern Alliance, along with areas that are expected to be liberated from the Taliban. According to Shoigu, specialists from the EU and the USA have offered to take part in the task. He also pointed out, that at present specialists from the Emergencies Ministry are in constant contact with their colleagues from the UN, EU and the USA. Next week representatives from these organizations and countries will travel to Moscow to take part in continuing consultations.
