Al-Qaeda fighters have failed to lay down arms in the area of the Tora Bora caves, contrary to what they had promises. They set unacceptable capitulation conditions and air attacks on Al-Qaeda positions had to be resumed, according to the Qatar-based Al-Jazeera television. Al-Qaeda's foreign mercenaries demanded that they surrender to UN officials and diplomats of the countries of their legal residence. The so called Eastern Alliance, that is Pashtoon tribes fighting against the terrorist Al-Qaeda organization, did not accept the condition. This morning, B-52 bombers resumed air strikes on terrorist positions on the slopes of the Spinghar mountains and the ones in Tora Bora.
