Iran: Suspending uran enrichment to dispel suspicions

Iran is going to suspend "nearly all" of its uranium enrichment and linked activities as part of a deal with France, Britain and Germany in order to dispel all suspicions connected with its controversial &to=http:// english.pravda.ru/mailbox/22/101/399/14216_threat.html ' target=_blank>nuclear program, diplomats said Sunday.

By its move, Iran appeared to have dropped demands to modify a tentative deal worked out on Nov. 7 with European negotiators, agreeing instead to continue freezing enrichment and also to suspend related activities, diplomats told The Associated Press.
