President Putin greets women entrepreneurs from Russia & Ukraine

Vladimir Putin has sent his greetings to participants in the 2nd Forum of Women Entrepreneurs from Russia and Ukraine, which opened in Kiev in the framework of Ukraine's Year of Russia.

"Nowadays, women entrepreneurs make a substantial contribution to the effort to strengthen social, economic and cultural links between our two countries, and provide a good example of successful, dynamically developing business," the president's press service quoted the message as saying. "Our meetings are becoming a good tradition, and this is yet another fact proving the growing social and business activity of Russian and Ukrainian women.

"I feel convinced that the forum will become an important event on the program of Ukraine's Year of Russia and will help realize some interesting and promising joint projects."
