A grand jury has accused four people in connection with the guns an 18-year-old Bosnian immigrant used to kill five people at a Utah shopping mall.
Sulejman Talovic died in a shootout with police during the Feb. 12 attack. Four other people were wounded by his gunfire.
Talovic had a 12-gauge shotgun and a .38-caliber handgun as he stalked through the mall. Investigators said they found 90 shotgun shells inside his backpack. Police have said they do not know the motive.
The U.S. Attorney's Office planned an afternoon news conference to discuss the charges. No further information was immediately released.
