Moscow has ruled out any unilateral measures on the part of China in the wake of the US withdrawal from the ABM Treaty, informed sources in the Russian capital told RIA Novosti. According to the sources, Chinese partners can also be sure that Russia, in turn, has no intention to make any unexpected steps. Among other problems, this issue was on the agenda of the consultations on strategic stability between deputy foreign ministers of Russia and China. According to RIA Novosti, the sides agreed to maintain a more intensive, active dialogue, trying to forestall events.
