Next week, Romanian Foreign Minister Mircea Geoana will make a short working visit to Russia. The Romanian embassy in Russia told RIA Novosti that on October 23 Geoana will hold negotiations with his Russian counterpart Igor Ivanov. According to a spokesman for the embassy, Geoana will visit Moscow as the incumbent OSCE chairman. The negotiations will focus on a whole range of issues on the agenda of this European organisation. The sides will also discuss the session of the Council of OSCE Foreign Ministers coming in Bucharest in early December.
