Ukraine-NATO-Russia: political efforts and agreements

The two-day foreign ministers' informal meeting of North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) concluded here on Thursday in the capital city of Lithuania, with marked breakthrough made in Ukraine's NATO membership aspiration.
